Modular New York Style Building

A modular - New York style building. A personal project and also some great practice for building modular structures. I built the wall sections, windows, staircases and other such objects separately before creating the main structures.

I would 100% recommend when creating buildings to first create the separate pieces and then create the building(s). For if you need to change something after the design, easily create completely new versions (with little effort), make alterations - then modular is the best way to go.

There are, of course, some exceptions to this, for when creating a city or a large number of buildings for one scene and using modular pieces. These can become very demanding on system resources and you may run out of video memory. This would then require various optimisations and different layers when rendering.
